      All items are handmade there may be minor imperfections item to item which is normal. We do not process any refunds or returns. All sales are final, this is non- negotiable.

      All shipping fees are calculated by USPS, if there is a delivery issue with your order this needs to go through USPS. We do not have any liable for lost or stolen orders beyond that point.
