Returns + Refunds:

All items are handmade, there may be minor imperfections item to item which is normal.. If you experience an issue with your order after receiving it  contact us within 5 days after delivery so we can find a solution together.​

Shipping: 

All shipping fees are calculated by weight and visible at checkout. If there is a delivery issue with your order this needs to go through USPS. We are not liable for any lost or stolen orders  once they have been shipped.

Customer Orders:

Here at Bashies we welcome custom orders, pricing may vary depending on requests and pre-payment is required  after custom design and details have been approved by the customer.

This will allows us to move your custom order to the top of our production list.

Custom orders may take 4-8 weeks to complete, not including shipping.
